At Retevis, we stand behind the quality of our communication equipment and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all electronic devices. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the device, antennas, chargers, and manuals in the original box to ensure the items are protected during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated electronics inspection center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
